Manifesto
We are a Christian brotherhood of men, who are committed to being better sons, brothers, friends, husbands, fathers and leaders.
We are athletes, at heart.
There is only one barrier that holds us back from being our best — self-doubt — the voice inside our heads that screams, “You are not enough” and tells us to play it safe in our lives, leaving us feeling emasculated and unfulfilled.
We know to be true, what Henry David Thoreau said: “Most men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to the grave with the song still in them.”
We are on a journey of transformation.
We overcome self-doubt, by seeing ourselves the way God sees us.
We overcome the limitations of safety and security, by taking chances on ourselves.
We overcome the fear of being rejected, by being courageously vulnerable.
We choose to live a life of purpose, feeling fully alive!
One of the number one problems that men face today is isolation and loneliness. Loneliness and social isolation have been linked to a 30% increase of having a stroke or coronary artery disease. Loneliness has the same impact on mortality as smoking 15 cigarettes a day making it even more dangerous than obesity.
By being a part of our brotherhood you will be surrounded by other men who are courageous and willing to be vulnerable.
Be in Brotherhood
Overcome Isolation and Loneliness
So many men are struggling with our health today. We have lost our inner athlete. The latest statistics show that three out of four men are overweight or obese. The good news is that inner athlete is still in there just waiting to be unleashed.
By being part of our brotherhood we will be devoted to our practice of physical, mental and spiritual training working towards optimal physical, mental and spiritual health.
Live a Life of Optimal Health
Overcome poor physical, mental and spiritual health
Until we know our purpose in life we will be searching for something outside of ourselves to fill that empty spot in our souls. The purpose of life is to live a life of purpose.
By being part of our brotherhood we will join forces in finding and pursuing our purpose with all of our heart and soul for the glory of God and the good of others.
Live a Life of Purpose
Overcome Lack of Purpose
